2. Fluorescent energy-saving lamps flicker too much, causing great damage to human eyes and seriously affecting people's visual health. Fluorescent energy-saving lamps generally use electronic ballasts, which are easy to produce a large amount of strobes, and even some of the strobes can be detected by the human eye. This kind of strobe can easily cause eye strain, which is not conducive to reading and writing at close range.
3. The spectrum of fluorescent energy-saving lamps is a discontinuous spectrum, especially the blue light spectrum is obviously high, and excessive blue light can cause great damage to human eyes. The sunlight in our daily life has a continuous spectrum, and the spectrum curve is full and smooth, making the human body feel comfortable. The discontinuous spectrum of fluorescent energy-saving lamps is like a wave. Some spectra are too high and some are too low. Whether it is too high a spectrum or too low a spectrum, it will have adverse effects on human health.

4. Fluorescent energy-saving lamps use glass shells, which are easily broken. Once the glass shell is broken, the liquid mercury inside will volatilize into the air, causing air pollution.
