Heating line: It is the wire responsible for heating the hot end in the 3D printing printhead, it will be linked to the heating aluminum block, if there is a heating problem in the printing, such as unable to heat, etc., it is likely that there is a problem with the heating line.

Temperature measurement line: It is mainly to detect the heating temperature of the hot end of the 3D printing nozzle, and the temperature measurement line is also connected to the heating aluminum block.

Extrusion system: Its main job is to push the wire into the 3D printer nozzle, when we insert the wire into the nozzle, the gears and bearings in the extrusion system will clamp the wire and push it to the heating end, and finally the wire will be extruded from the 3D printing nozzle,

Nozzle: divided into detachable type and integrated with heating block, the aperture usually varies from 0.2~0.8mm, and the commonly used nozzle is 0.4mm.

Cooling fan: It is mainly used to quickly cool the extruded printing material, so that it can quickly cool and solidify, reduce the printing failure rate caused by untimely cooling, and help to improve the printing success rate, printing quality and printing speed.
