Therefore, it is not advisable to select fan coil units with high external residual pressure. When high external residual pressure fan coil units must be used in certain application places, corresponding sound insulation and noise reduction measures should be taken.

How to choose the high static pressure and low static pressure FCU fan coil unit?

 

The difference between ordinary and high static pressure fan coil units lies in the external static pressure of the machine. The external static pressure of the high static pressure model is relatively high. The high static pressure model has high fan speed and high noise level due to the high external static pressure. The ordinary model is relatively quieter.

The difference between "low static pressure" and "high static pressure" is that the air supply distance that can be achieved by the two is different. The high static pressure model's air supply distance is larger than the low static pressure model.

The static pressure of the air conditioner can be generally understood as "the maximum air supply distance that the air conditioner can achieve by overcoming the pipe resistance". It is expressed in pressure, and the unit of static pressure is "Pa";

Generally, the air outlet static pressure below 30Pa is called low static pressure, and the supply duct's length does not exceed 3 meters; the air outlet static pressure above 100Pa is called high static pressure, and the supply duct's length is allowed to be more than 8 meters.
