Roter brand rotary wheel dehumidifier (desiccant air handling unit's) functional section was adopted by a factory project, this unit can adjust temperature and humidity both by connecting to other brand air handling units. Complete set of equipment (including air handling unit and our rotary wheel functional section) has been debugged, the unit was running in good condition.

Features of roter brand rotary wheel dehumidifier units:

(1) Roter brand desiccant rotor dehumidifier units dopt well known brand rotors: Puresci, Proflute or Youtek brand super silica gel molecular sieve composite rotors (specially made);

(2) Aluminum profile, double wall sandwich panel, filled with PU foaming or Rock wool insulation, anti-cold bridge (the cold bridge factor is TB2 level);

(3) Outer plate is high quality color steel thickness ≧0.5mm, 304 stainless steel outer plate is optional; Inner and bottom plate are made of 304 stainless steel ≧ 0.5mm; the density of polyurethane foam is 50kg/m³, 25mm & 50mm thickness are for option;

(4) Centrifugal fan (Forward curve and backward curve) and plug fan are for option; VFD motor is optional; Spring isolators are optional to install on the base of fan motor; Driven chain is used between driving motor and desiccant rotor;

(5) Each dehumidifier is equipped with touch screen controller, which is placed on the face of the control box. Factory installed Chinese brand PLC control, Siemens brand PLC is optional.
